    At the start of this video he said they never played with Mountain. I saw DP with Mountain in Atlantic City, N.J. in 2005 at the Borgata Casino. They did a bunch of shows with them around that time. In fact Leslie West joined them on stage for Smoke on the water. I know it’s impossible to remember everything but I am a little surprised he would forget this. You gotta love Ian for doing these videos. I think there awesome.

    Ian might have forgotten but Mountain were at Knebworth in 1985.
    Of course they might not have had a chance to meet up on the day.

    Ian said, that DP often played with Uriah Heep, but never with Mountain.

    My very first Deep Purple concert was the reunion open air on the 29. June 1985 in Mannheim with Rodgau Monotones, Roger Chapman, Meat Loaf and also … Mountain 😉

    They’ll headline the Lovely Days Festival.

    A triple bill of Canadian stalwarts April Wine,Mountain & DP.
    June 18th,2005 at the former Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto.
    I forget a lot of things that happened 15 years ago,but the ticket and a Q107 button brought a flood of memories. A warm,Summer evening,great music,I was only 43……..

    2005 tour Mountain opened for the show for Purple we saw in Louisville Kentucky….I Leslie West and Corky Laing were still in the band

    I saw Deep Purple with Mountain in Genk, Belgium,1985, my first ever DP show.

    I did not click on this post, I cant handle this way of formatting a clip.

    Same shit kinda happened on OverTheRainbow fanclub spin of site RAINBOWFANCLUBLEGACY.

    Just offer the sites in a way one easily consume them, please.
    Leave the nerdy digiwizardry for yourself and your little bubble, ok?

    Life s too short to get annoyed and wrestle with childish stuff like that.

    YES, they did play with Mountain. It was the opening Act for there Show in Vienna, Austria, July 1st, back in 1985.My first Deep Purple live Concert.
