In case you were wondering like me, Ash – the drummer – is NOT related to Billy Sheehan (the David Lee Roth, Mr Big and Sons of Apollo bassist extraordinaire), he’s a – quite audibly so – fellow-Brummie:

Maybe I should drop by, say hi to Ken and tell him “You know, by rights, I should be a co-owner of this place, you’ve made so much money off me in the last five decades!”

I can’t remember, Glenn did this tour already right….before joining The Dead Daisies? What was that tour called? Or was that just him going out playing Deep purple songs?

@1: That tour just him playing “classic Deep Purple”. I guess this will be much of the same but with more focus on Burn.

Yup, he’ll finally do the vocal parts to “A” 200 (it will be a lice performance so to say) and Coronarias Redig!

Seriously, Glenn doing Mk III material in concentrated fashion (I saw a gig from the previous tour) is just great – as close as you can get these days to the real thing. You will not be disappointed if the Mk III line-up ever meant anything to you.
