    Wow…I just noticed how Steve got old…I always looked at him as the “new young one” from the Purpendicular era but man….time goes so quick…it’s been over 15 years…

    @3, No doubt. Saw Albert and Hogan’s Heroes first time in America last year. Top notch country player. Played with The Everly Brothers for quite some time. Steve wrote “General Lee” for the first SMB album and he and Albert trade some great solos on it. And each of course unique….

    Steve, Albert and Eddie Van Halen did a Biff’s Baby jam in a small club years ago. While they were playing a country tune, Eddie put his banjo down and watched Steve and Albert as he shook his head in disbelief….
