Well, I sure hope the Orchestra does what you are saying here Mr. Gillan. I’ll be seeing for myself Saturday night in Illinois. Looking forward to the show…

    Roberto says:

the orchestra rockin’? Gillan, you said you didn’t like too much to play with orchestra because there is not space for improvisation…oh sorry, I am wrong…Deep Pruple cut off the improvisation parts years ago…
anyway I am going to see them again knowing that it will not ever be like the 2000 great orchestral tour…

Looks like the only big concert I’ll see this summer , and maybe this year will be DP in Concord Ca June 25 . This , I think , will be the last show of the American swing .I was not a big fan of the orchestra idea ,but the reveiws have been so glowing I’m warming up to it.Should be a kick in the ass. And I could use one .

How about that BCC report from the Pageant Tracy?

    Larry R. Toering says:

90 minutes – 120 minutes, same setlist=improvisation. I think someone has been drinking a little too much if they can’t tell the difference between that, nor a hangover from being drunk. 🙂 Oh, btw… Cheers!

Most of these interviews are either early in the morning or usually after the show..Hence the horse throat and the tiredness…

    Mike Whiteley:

In short, Orchestra was great and a nice addition to the show. Ian sang his ass off and was in really good form. No complaints here. Stay tuned for the review soon.

I will be doing a review along with pics. I will check with the ‘Reviews’ section regarding what to do.

Hey SVANTE, any suggestion? Post my review here or with the Review section????

    Cheers

    Hey Chair,

from the angle of this footage, the filmer must have been right in front of me. I got an audio recording of the show as I also did of the Purple Gig in Illinois (check with the HUB after a few days where I will be posting them), along with some good pics. I tried to video the BCC show, but my battery went dead after just 30 minutes.

    Cheers

I will do so, hopefully I ll get in the Hub this time!!!

Maybe you can upload those shows through one of the searchmachines.

Lately I check in with Filestube and see if one of the known(Often unknown ones gives pc trouble)ones have it.

Yesterday I downloaded DP New York 73(Burn tour) and 1976also (New York).

Always interesting to hear the differences.
