    I like these bare bones demos and jams.I
    t would be interesting to know where this was found.
    This snippet would’ve fit quite nicely among the other bits & pieces on the Fireball 25th,
    back in ’96.

    A great album Fireball, only listened to it last week, louder than everything else. This earlier version of Fools certainly needed polishing, a good song it is. Cheers.

    I like the raw emotions in Gillans voice on this version. He might be ab-libbing, but he sounds like he really means what he is saying. Good stuff.

    Fools is one of their best songs, 5o e. Ritchie is on fire with the notes he chooses in the background music. Love this song
