Live from Minstrel Hall, vol. 2

Ritchie Blackmore and Candice Night did another live performance from their home on April 9. Enjoy!

Thanks to Alexander Pronyakin for liberating the video from the walled garden.

    I really enjoyed this.
It is strange to see Ritchie smiling and chatting away. I’ve never seen him like this on stage. Maybe he finds it just easier with a camera in front of him rather than real people.
Anyway, when I think of all the happiness that his music has given my over the last 40 years, who am I to begrudge him the happiness that family life and his musical choice brings to him.

Drobus Willhem Vespa technically brilliant. Does it do anything for me? No.

    This was wonderful!
    Many thanks!

Check out how relaxed, smiling and down to earth Ritchie is in this. Never seen him like that before. Also the music is beautiful, White Shade of Pale is amazing. This is why he and Candy needed to meet and be all they are. I hope this will help a lot of people on him who give him grief for not being the axeman he was when younger and can accept why this style of music and playing suit him much better these days. Oh and it was nice to see a post from Highway Star yesterday in honour of his 75th Birthday !!
