Awesome track listing and personnel. GM was born about 100m from me (albeit a few years before me) and my wife’s friend was his first girlfriend in school.

    Mavis says:

This sounds really good. Can’t wait until…oh, the biography is so fascinating to me that I’ve read it twice right up to the last chapter. There will never be anyone like him.

    Is there Ian Paice too?

I’m not a big fan of tribute albums but I think that I might get this one.

Oh man…. this is definitely one to grab…. Some great songs selected for this LP. So looking forward to it. “Nothings the Same” with Glenn Hughes should be fantastic. The song I tribute to my late Father and best friend. Gary Moore, my favorite guitarist of them all… RIP Gary, you are so missed by this huge fan.

Buy this…. this is incredible stuff must have for any hard rock fan. Jon Sykes just ”SMOKES” solo on Still Got the Blues.

    Uwe Hornung says:

It’s a nice touch that he let his old boss (post-Mungo Jerry, but pre-Widowmaker and Rainbow) Stan Webb of Chicken Shack play on this.

Daisley is a severely underrated bassist – his pick technique is immaculate and he can really stretch out as he did on the Mothers Army stuff and in part also with Ozzy.
