inFinite on purple vinyl

inFinite cover artwork; image courtecy of earMUSIC/EdelGerman online retailer Nuclear Blast specializing in exclusive coloured vinyl editions, among other things, is advertising inFinite on purple vinyl. This edition is said to be limited to 1,000 copies and available exclusively through them. Caveat: while it is only €3 more expensive than the regular black vinyl edition from the same retailer, the shipping fees are quite hefty.

@3 Pat, my oh my, that certainly is an opinion…. & you’re welcome to it. If you don’t like it, then don’t play it. Nobody’s twisting your arm!. Just wondering how many of you whingers have managed to do even half as well as the Purps with your lives?. Can you play me anything that you’ve recorded so that I may sit in judgement of you…. No?, I thought not. Smiles to ya.

You can express your opinion but as we are part of the human race then we need to respect one another and I don’t think animal could tolerate your language.
Now let address the facts and leave breaching to one side. Bob Ezrin is a amazing producer and what he did in the production of ‘Now What’ is nothing short of a miracle. The material he was dealing with was so poor and he did an amazing job to put together an album that sold an awful lot of copies. While on the other hand if you listen to the musical materials of Bananas you easily it’s a volcano of ideas and witty lyrics and great guitar riffs but sadly the production was a disaster.
Deep purple don’t like to repeat themselves and look to reinvent their style of music and that’s a great credit to them especially at their age. So just wait and listen to the new album from start to finish with an open ear. One thing I pretty. Sure of and that is the production will be 10 out of ten but as for the material and the lyrics and voice of Gillan now this is will be up for debate for year to come.
    Cheers and be happy
