Roger about Butterfly Ball

Roger Glover has written a few toughts about the new release of the movie, “The Butterfly Ball”, which he was involved in, back in 1974. Here is a few bits.

When it was released in 1974 it was, to my relief, very well received in various
countries around Europe. However, it failed to ignite a broad interest in the UK
and so the idea for staging a concert at the Albert Hall came about as a means
of getting some attention for it in my home country.

The Butterfly Ball album is something that I am very proud of, and the concert
was undoubtedly one of the best nights of my life, but the movie does it no
justice.
