If this show is as enjoyable as the one earlier this month in Poland then the fans are in for a treat. Approximately 3,000 watched the gig at the Dolina Charlotty Ampitheatre on the 15th and were all up on their feet by the end of the show for Hush.
It was great to see Nick being appreciated by a large audience again. It’s a shame that so many in Britain and elsewhere are cynical about this, or refer to the Nasty Habits as a “tribute band”. This is a band that writes it’s own songs and hasn’t previously done shows full of Purple songs.
The guys are all talking about possibly writing some new material with Nick as well, but for the time being they are bringing those early Purple songs back to life and those that have attended the shows to date love it.
As this gig on the 29th is a free concert, for those in Poland, neighbouring Germany or anywhere else who can travel to Szczecin, I recommend you get to this gig and witness early Purple for yourself.
