Other Info
Caveat, possibly lost in translation: Paradise City is a large complex adjacent to the Seoul Incheon airport. It comprises several hotels, shopping plaza, casino, golf course, and several indoor venues. Online announcements for this show list 'Paradise City Culture Park' as the venue for the gig. However, apparently none of the venues in the complex are named 'Culture Park'. We will leave the show as unconfirmed until this ambiguity is resolved.

My nephew works at Paradise Hotel for the audio system.
He confirmed the concert from his boss.
But I haven’t been there though. The Hotel is expensive for the common people.

How can an open door concert happen right next to a busy airport with jets taking off? Even the loudest band in the world would be blown off the stage by a jumbo jet at TOGA power.

Or are they shutting down the airport for the duration? Surely, that’s impossible.

Had it been in the good old hearing damaging days, Ian would have drowned any jumbojet with his screams ☺️

    Also a bit confused…

I’ve actually been to open air gigs close to airports, even military ones (military planes are considerably louder as anyone who has ever heard a Galaxy take off or land can attest to), it was never an issue. That said I’m no great fan of open airs as the music is never loud enough for me there, I prefer halls. You can’t generate the same volume and gut punch oomph outside.
