Soaring like an eagle

Ian Paice and Steve Morse were guests on the recent Hangin’ & Bangin’ podcast, and that’s with Carmine and Vinny Appice in attendance. Behold the rock’n’roll royalty convention, where Steve tells about learning to fly from the birds, and Paicey explains peculiarities of the Cockney rhyming slang.

Thanks to Blabbermouth for the info.

That’s a nice good-natured interview about this and that. Carmine likes to hear himself talk, but then he’s Italian & the big brother! ; – )

    Uwe@1,

Great story telling interview. Those are what I dig most be it on a live stage or in a setting like this. The ubiquitous talker! Just when I thought I had a decent handle on the hundreds of records he played on, I had no idea he and Lee Sklar played together. A L.A. thing if you will. UBIQUITOUS himself! Mind boggling. I saw Lee in NYC with Peter Asher & Company this past year. Peter, Albert Lee, and a host of others. Lee a mellow real nice guy on a post gig chat.

    Peace,
    Ted
