If Life Was Easy

Roger Glover’s solo album, of which we first heard back in 2007 when it was provisionally titled Close Up, will now be released in June. The new title is If Life Was Easy. Considering the delay, it’s rather apt. The album will feature Randall Bramblett on lead vocals, with Gillian Glover guesting.

Thanks to Blabbermouth for the info.

There may not have been a new Purple Album for us since ROTD, but there has been a plethora of outstanding Purple Member Albums offered to us in the wake. Fills that hole pretty well. Looking forward to this offering from Roger. Now that they hopefully have satisfied their individual needs for their personal creative desires to be expressed, maybe they will be thoroughly charged up for a Full Bore PURPLE Album soon. Sometimes you just have to regroup after some self satisfaction. My fingers are crossed and am willing to bet the Next Purple album will be a doozy…

    Cheers

It’s not a rumor, he did publish that Dan and Pete of Nazareth are on the record.

Before, I heard “Elements” and “Accedentally on Purpose” (Gillan=Glover).
But if hearing their tedious songs many times, you get tired of that.
Because Glover has no individuality, his solo records never hardly attract someone else.
