A treat to be Fireball'ed

My wife and I saw Deep Purple at Hammersmith and had to go again! My wife is a new convert to Deep Purple and cannot go to enough concerts! So we booked tickets at Portsmouth - standing only this time!

We are so glad to see the excellent guitar work from Steve Morse - he looks really happy to be playing with Deep Purple - what a comparison to Ritchie Blackmore! Ian Gillan in fine voice hitting all those high notes in Space Truckin'.

I never would have thought all these years on I would still be enjoying Deep Purple. My first single was Fireball - so what a treat to see Purple open the show with that number.
