Unique Don Lord!

By the gorgeous weather we had on the way down from Chippenham, I knew this evening was going to be special. The Pavilion was packed as expected, and little wonder, it was well worth the wait since seeing the band in Oxford back in February.

They were brilliant, and you guys never cease to amaze me. The set was fun, with the fans getting the better of the security staff about half way through, packing the front of the stage.

But oh what a treat! Don on keyboards before the lights went down, then to find Jon Lord on keyboards when the lights came up, amazing! To see both Jon and Don playing together was not only unique but a real treat for us dedicates.

Many thanks guys for a great evening, and enjoy Bristol tonight.
