Deep Purple were hot!
It was bloody cold but as usual Deep Purple were hot! Hot! Hot! I loved the reorganized set list, "Fools" is brilliant live. I got the distinct impression that Purple were just a little (read a lot) too sophisticated for this crowd. They didn't seem to get into the show until "Smoke On The Water". The skill and beauty of songs like "Fools" and "When A Blind Man Cries" were totally lost on the Nugent and Budweiser crowd. [Their loss! Rasmus]
Look forward to seeing them back as headliners, where they are ment to be.
