Rio de Janeiro gig

Ok, we all know Deep Purple is the greatest band in the world. I waited 17 years to see this band and still.....THEY'VE SURPRISED ME!! I went to see them in 1991 at Maracanazinho and it was terrible for a number of reasons. Now last saturday is what I call a REAL DEEP PURPLE CONCERT!!!

Not only they are playing better than ever but also they looked better, they have a smile on the face and tha audience captured that. Nothing can replace something that you do for pleasure and this is what's happening to Purple: they're playing with pleasure and enjoying it! I also want to congratulate all the tour team for the professionalism they handled everything: the concert started on time, the sound was perfect as well as the lightening...

Anyway, I decided that after that the only rock concert I need to see again is .... DEEP PURPLE's !!!

Congratulations to the band, Colin, Bruce and all the team!
