Mexico tour announced
The unusually long lull in touring is over. Deep Purple managements has announced that the band will play six dates in Mexico in late May / early June. Curiously enough, Mexico City is not on the list. Of interest to our Texan followers might be the last gig of the tour on June 7th in Ciudad Juárez, just across the river from El Paso, TX.
There is no information on the ticket availability yet. Further details in our calendar.

March 17th, 2015 at 01:47Not happy with any of this biz according to Ian an album won’t even be recorded until the very end of the year at least. April 2016 release is likely.I’m fine when he says their will be some U.S. touring, but frankly I caught this show already last August and not interested in seeing the same thing twice. I’m not trying to dog on those who haven’t seen this album tour yet, but this is already going ROTD style. I’m very surprised they think they’re gonna hold up, Ian could wind up like Dan McCafferty, don’t think he couldn’t.

March 29th, 2015 at 01:44Looks like they won’t be at Fronterizo Fest in Tijuana next March 21st, hopefully they come to Tijuana also on these announced dates. Last time most of the tour were cancelled
