I have an audio interview with Glenn where he said that in this book we will get some serious juice concerning ‘TMIB’ that he has never told before… in his words: “this guy is rerally a weird one”, so except s revealation or two about Ritchie, likely stuff we’ll either have to believe or dismiss.

Unlike many artists who have seen their best years when young, Glenn is one who has grown to be at his zenith in more mature times. Glenn has seen many challenges; therefore, this book should be very interesting reading.

“TMIB” weird ????? That´s probably the understatement of the year! Looking forward to some juicy stuff about the DP days in general, and especially Ritchie´s megolmania in particular! Then again…..I doubt I´ll be surprised at anything he´s done !!! I´ve always suspected him to be borderline……Could be interesting having him diagnosed by a shrink !

His genius as a musician is beyond any doubt…..as a human being….? ROCK ON !

Agreed, plus Glenn hasn’t even performed 1000 concerts in his entire career, so thats helped him on stage in his latter days for sure. I’d say for him its a good thing though, and yes, this book oozes interesting before it even gets published.

You definitely raise an eyebrow there with the shrink idea, in fact if Purple had gone the Metallica route, who knows how things would’ve turned out. But I tend to think Ritchie would do a ‘What About Bob’ and drive a shrink insane just for his own amusement, which is what ‘Bob’ had in mind from the second he met Dr. Marvin, Dr.Leo Marvin. lol!

Glen is living in LA ,drives a Jag and wears expensive clothes.Sure he deserves it
Does’nt feel concerned with the regular fan,the unemployed guy on the dole living in Europe and trying to survive with 500 euros a month.Sorry ,I m a long time DP ‘s lover but that’s not for me.
    Talk about rock credibility..

    I m with you, Byron…..Unfortunately.
I m one of those fools with a very small income…travelling about 300 kms to watch a Graham Bonnet gig in a small pub and a lousy back up band…..

I might buy a book and let Glenn sign it after a show.
    If not…..
I ll we happy to cherish my COME TASTE THE BAND VINYL with his autograph.

    Cheers to you, Glenn.

Glenn is the man, but he also suffers from a bitt of fuzziness….
It was during the SOULMOVER tour and I soke a bit to him after the gig.
I said I preferred the hammond drowned approach of the albums before the SOULMOVER album.
    He said …..Yeah, I agree……

I wasnt that charmed aswell when that overrated drummer Chad showed his naked butt to the audience.

Completely overrated that RHCP band, espescially the singer.

When you are spoiled by athletic performances, IN THE PAST, by people like Dio or Gillan, you tend to see people like Dylan, James Hetfield and this, I forfot his name, man of RHCP as a waste of vocal space.
