Before my 20th Birthday I REALLY loathed sports!!!

Around and since that age I disciplined myself with fitness and jogging because I hated being too fat.

It always stayed a returning problem issue because I like to eat and espescially when having the blues but I almost never did quit working out.

In the last two years I mixed fitness, BodyBalance and lots of swimming……preferebly ending with sauna, tea and newspapers.

I KNOW appearance is not everything but some kind of selfcontrol helps, I think.
Apart from that, having the genetics for diabetes and heartfailure also helps to stay ,motivated.

I’d say he comes off quite well and is aging very gracefully and truthfully. Hmmm..he states the ‘possibility’ of a new Purple record along with his upcoming solo record. Not bad for a 60-70 year old.

The only other musician I can confirm is Joe Mennonna on ’some’ keyboards.
There are others on the album to be announced, Steve Morris is rumoured to be on it as well, but I have yet to confirm it.
