A pitty that this man is no longer on a big stage. But it makes me happy to see Nick Simper still having fun,... even though he's nowadays outrated by more succesfull members of DP. But,... it you take the time to buy the (now double) Fandango albums,... you'll miss a few song but discover a man with talent. And a band where the bass was a major instrument,... something he plays,... not a background rythm. Simpers "Rocky Road Blues" is one of my alltime favorite tunes, para tatataaa dudum, (repeat)... and several other song of his two Fandango albums are still on my MP3 player.
